Our client, a leading global real estate and facilities services organization, is seeking a Facilities Records Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Records Analyst, you will serve as the dedicated on-site CAD resource supporting a manufacturing facility in Cordova, Illinois. The ideal candidate will possess strong AutoCAD expertise, experience with as-built documentation and facilities records management, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach to maintaining accurate, high-quality facility documentation and drawing records.

Location: Cordova, IA
Pay Rate: $32-34/hr
- Serve as the dedicated on-site CAD resource supporting a manufacturing facility in Cordova, Illinois.
- Partner with the Plant Manager to assess existing facility conditions and update AutoCAD/Revit documentation to reflect accurate record conditions.
- Conduct field verification and quality control reviews to identify and resolve discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to validate facility records and documentation.
- Maintain and organize a digital database of as-built drawings, record documents, and CAD files, ensuring version control and documentation accuracy.
- 5+ years of experience in CAD documentation, facilities documentation, drafting, or as-built drawing management.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit is highly preferred.
- Experience updating and maintaining as-built drawings, record documents, and facility CAD databases.
- Ability to perform site assessments and translate field conditions into accurate drawing updates.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently in an on-site environment.
