-Admitting privileges required in Iowa.

-Procedures: biopsy only, ultrasound in office.
-Additional training: alcohol ablation to thyroid nodules.
-Point of Care:
Hgb AIC, Urine protein.
-Glucometer, continuous glucose monitor and insulin pump download in office.
-Clinic is in same building as outpatient nutritionist and diabetic education
-Cover own call for patients during the week.
