About the Position
A healthcare facility in Davenport, IA is seeking a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist specializing in Obstetrics for an urgent locum opportunity. This role is focused exclusively on inpatient OB anesthesia services , working alongside an established OB hospitalist team.
Responsibilities include providing anesthesia care for obstetric patients, supporting inpatient surgical services, and managing cases in a hospital-based setting using Cerner EMR. No clinic duties and no supervision of APPs required.
Shift Timings:
Start Date:
March 22
24-hour in-house call shifts
7 days per week coverage needed
Weekend coverage as required
Requirements
Board Certified in Anesthesiology
Active Iowa (IA) Medical License
Specialized experience in Obstetrics
Clean Malpractice & Background History
Recent NPDB report (within 30–90 days)
Experienced Physician Required
