We’re seeking experienced  Board-Certified OB/GYN Hospitalists  to join a highly respected hospital in  Davenport, Iowa  for ongoing locum coverage. Enjoy a  flexible schedule ,  complimentary travel & lodging , and the chance to work with a dedicated, collaborative care team in a  Level III Trauma Center .

✅  Position Highlights:

Pay Rate:  All inclusive  per 12 hr shift,  per 24 hr shift (inclusive of Call back pay)

Schedule:

Weekdays and weekends available

Choose  12-hour (8a–8p)  or  24-hour (8a–8a)  shifts

No back-to-back weekday 24s; weekend doubles allowed (e.g., Fri–Sat)

Call

Schedule:

Released 1–2 months in advance

Call Type:  In-house only –  comfortable sleep room provided

Practice Details:

Setting:  OB & GYN hospital coverage only (triage, delivery, ER, rounds)

Avg. Deliveries/Month:  65–80

Team:

4 OB/GYN physicians

1–2 CNMs

Full support from L&D, postpartum, OR, ER staff

Residents typically on-call with you

EMR:  Cerner

Onsite Lab & Ultrasound:  Yes

Patient Mix:

60% High-Risk / 40% Low-Risk Pregnancies

2–5 Nursery Admissions per day

VBACs and C-sections

Circumcisions (if able, not required)

Required Skills & Procedures:
Obstetrics:

High/low-risk pregnancy management

OB Ultrasounds (Level I/Screening)

FHR Interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)

Amniocentesis

Labor & Delivery:

Vaginal, Forceps-Assisted & Cesarean Deliveries

VBACs, Breech, Multiples, Complicated Deliveries

3rd/4th Degree Laceration Repair

Gynecology:

Surgical & Laparoscopic Procedures (e.g., Tubal Ligation, LOAs, Ectopic Pregnancy, Ovarian Surgery)

Board Certified in OB/GYN

Active IA License or IMLC

Fetal Monitoring Certification (AWOHNN)
