Description

Prepare 3D models of electrical building systems in Revit. Prepare 3D Navisworks models used for BIM coordination. Handle a number of projects simultaneously to ensure each project is staying on track.

• Must haves:
  Bachelor's or Associate's degree OR relevant software experience.
• Must haves: 3D software experience (AutoCAD, Solid Works, Inventor), will be trained on specific software.
• Must haves:
  Good culture fit, willing to learn, able to meet high pressure deadlines, good attendance, computer savvy.
• Nice to haves:
  Revit, experience doing electrical BIM, Navisworks, Trimble Real Works.
• Nice to haves: 3+ years of experience 3D BIM Modeling using Revit.
• Nice to haves: 2+ years of experience with Autodesk Navisworks.
• Nice to haves:
  Experience in Construction/MEP and/or Electrical Modeling is a plus.

Intermediate Level

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Davenport, IA.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $27.00/hr.
