This is a hands‑on engineering role where you'll lead and support projects that directly influence safety, production, reliability, and quality across a high‑performance manufacturing environment

What You'll Be Doing:You’ll play a key role in driving engineering and operational success, including:
- Leading capital and sustaining projects from concept design execution commissioning
- Developing project scopes, specifications, and implementation plans
- Managing vendors, contractors, and external partners
- Supporting improvements in safety, reliability, infrastructure, and production output
- Collaborating with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to solve real‑world challenges
- Driving process and equipment improvements across manufacturing systems
- Utilizing project management tools to deliver projects on time and within scope
We're looking for engineers who bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Agricultural Engineering (required)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of an organization
- Experience or interest in project‑based engineering within manufacturing environments
- Ability to translate design into execution and real‑world results
Bonus if you have:
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments (metals preferred)
- Exposure to capital projects or equipment/process improvements
- Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or utility systems
- Early experience (or strong interest) in project management and system integration
- Work in a highly advanced manufacturing environment with complex systems
- Own projects end‑to‑end and see direct impact on production and performance
- Ideal for early‑career engineers ready to accelerate into leadership
- Opportunity to grow into senior engineering or project leadership roles
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
