Senior Manager, Design Engineering

Constellation Energy seeks a Sr Manager Design Engineering to lead complex design projects for energy systems across our utilities and renewable portfolio. Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of design engineers delivering complex energy projects
• Oversee end-to-end design of utility-scale and renewable energy systems
• Ensure designs meet safety, reliability, regulatory, and industry standards
• Collaborate with operations and project management to support project execution
• Drive innovation and integration of new technologies into system designs
• Optimize performance, cost, and sustainability of engineering solutions
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and engineering resources
• Present technical recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders
