Pay Range: $65,000 – $75,000 annually (Based on Experience)

Express Employment is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for a growing manufacturing company in the Quad Cities area.
This company is focused on innovation, product development, and continuous improvement. They are looking for an engineer who enjoys collaborating across departments to design, develop, and improve high-quality manufactured products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead new product development projects from concept through implementation
- Design detailed product specifications and analyze prototype builds and manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Technical Services, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions
- Conduct product testing, analyze design iterations, and recommend improvements
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and support engineering projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field
- Minimum of 5 years of practical engineering experience
- Proficiency with CREO CAD software
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and planning skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while working independently or as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Experience with new product development in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product design optimization
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Quality and Production
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
