Mortgage Loan Specialist

Green State Credit Union is seeking a Mortgage Loan Specialist to help members achieve their home ownership goals. In this role, you will originate and process first and second mortgage loans, guiding borrowers from application through closing. You'll assess financial and credit profiles, recommend appropriate mortgage products, and ensure files meet regulatory, investor, and internal policy standards. Working closely with underwriting, processing, and closing teams, you deliver accurate, timely service and clear communication.
