Overview:
As a Software Support Specialist at Fidlar, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our clients. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, while also providing clear and kind communication with partners and stakeholders, alike.
Responsibilities:
Prioritizes making all client interactions positive and productive.
Responds to and resolves customer technical inquiries and issues via phone, e-mail or chat.
Assists partners with installation and issue resolution.
Utilizes a database of technical product information to inform decisions and recommendations.
Records client interactions.
Utilizes problem solving skills to resolve technical issues.
Escalates more complex inquiries to a higher level team.
