Salary: $69,000 - $90,000 base + excellent benefits

What You'll Do

 - Install, configure, and commission IP-based video surveillance and access control systems

 - Perform troubleshooting, testing, programming, and system optimization

 - Support end-user training and ensure seamless system handoff

 - Read and execute from project drawings, submittals, and BOMs

 - Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and customer IT/security stakeholders

 - Travel locally to customer sites throughout Eastern Iowa

What You Bring

 - 2+ years of hands-on experience with video surveillance and access control systems

 - Working knowledge of networking fundamentals:

  ○ IP addressing

  ○ VLANs

  ○ PoE

  ○ Basic switch configuration

- Experience with platforms such as:

  ○ Genetec, Milestone, Avigilon

  ○ Brivo, AMAG, Acre, Motorola

  ○ (or similar enterprise security systems)

 - Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in the field

 - Comfortable in customer-facing environments
