Floor Technician

Floor Technician Duties and Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors before stripping, buffing or waxing
• Striping, buffing, and waxing of flooring surfaces
• Maintain equipment and supplies
• Follow workplace safety standards

High school diploma or GED certificate preferred

• Prior Floor Tech experience is required
• Valid driver's license
• Pass a background check
• Have a good driving record (have to be able to be covered under company car insurance)
• Physical stamina
