Safety Manager

We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead and support safety initiatives across our construction operations. This role works closely with operations leadership, superintendents, and field employees to promote a strong and consistent safety culture across all job sites.

This position is not desk-only. The Safety Manager will spend significant time in the field building relationships with crews, reinforcing safe work practices, and supporting proactive safety planning across projects.

• Lead safety initiatives across construction job sites and promote a strong safety culture.
• Conduct job site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Partner with project leadership and field teams to identify hazards and implement preventative safety measures.
• Assist with pre-bid safety reviews and proactive risk identification.
• Provide safety training, coaching, and guidance to field employees.
• Investigate incidents and ensure proper documentation and corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
• Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.

• Minimum 2+ years of construction safety experience with strong understanding of job site operations, equipment, and safe work practices.
• Education or training in Occupational Safety, Industrial Safety, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coach and influence employees at all levels.
• Ability to build trust with field crews while collaborating with project leadership.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
