Position Overview

Responsibilities Include:

• Required to train/qualify at the following operator jobs:
  • Cold Mill Operator
  • Coil Finishing Operator - TL
  • Coil Finishing Operator - HV
  • Utility Operator – Lab Tech.
  • Shipping and Receiving Operator
  • Entry/Exit Operator

• Must possess a high degree of safety awareness. Must be knowledgeable and be willing to comply with plant safety rules and departmental safety practices.

• Strong decision‑making skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Must be knowledgeable about all phases of the Finishing Plant production processes.
• Leadership, teamwork, and coaching skills are required.

• Strong verbal communications skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must possess a strong mechanical aptitude.
• Good work attendance is required (less than four attendance points).

Required Qualifications:
