Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance & Facilities Leader to oversee all aspects of maintenance operations within a high-precision manufacturing environment. This role will direct the maintenance team responsible for equipment reliability, facility upkeep, and compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards. The position also plays a key role in security oversight, continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining critical infrastructure systems.

Primary Responsibilities

• Equipment & Maintenance Operations
• Direct and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across CNC and precision manufacturing equipment
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
• Drive improvements in equipment uptime, performance, and reliability
• Manage the CMMS platform to monitor work orders, asset history, and maintenance data
• Partner with production teams to minimize downtime during maintenance activities
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and facility staff
• Establish clear performance goals and ensure accountability to safety and quality standards
• Provide technical and safety training to enhance team capability
• Develop and track departmental KPIs aligned with business objectives
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and succession planning for critical roles

Key Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related discipline
• Certifications such as OSHA 30 (General Industry), NFPA 70E, Lean/TPM, or First Aid/CPR
• Skills & Experience:
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Proven success managing maintenance or facilities teams in a technical environment
• Experience with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to prioritize, schedule, and coordinate multiple initiatives
• Knowledge of safe work practices and ability to enforce safety procedures
