General Production Worker
This role involves performing a variety of hands-on production and assembly tasks in a modern manufacturing facility. You will handle heavy materials, operate basic equipment, and support the movement and preparation of products for shipping while maintaining a clean and safe work area.
Responsibilities:
- Lift product or material weighing up to 70 pounds, up to 30 times per hour, in a safe and controlled manner.
- Lift large tires and hubs weighing up to 60 pounds, up to 30 times per hour, following proper lifting techniques.
- Mount large and small agriculture tires according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Assemble and install valve stems accurately and efficiently on designated products.
- Apply bar codes for part numbers and shipping, ensuring correct labeling and traceability.
- Stack completed assemblies on skids for shipping, organizing and securing products to prevent damage.
- Support general production activities, including basic machine operation, packing, and equipment handling as needed.
- Use hand tools and basic production equipment to complete assigned tasks safely and correctly.
- Assist with general labor tasks such as moving materials, staging products, and supporting construction or equipment operation-related work within the facility.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area by sweeping, cleaning, and removing debris on a regular basis.
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Essential
Skills:
- At least 6 months of manufacturing or construction experience.
- Ability to consistently lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience with general production or general labor tasks in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Comfort using hand tools and basic production equipment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions for bar coding, assembly, and packing tasks.
- Strong attention to detail when labeling, assembling, and stacking products for shipping.
- Reliability and ability to work assigned 1st or 2nd shift schedules.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $19.25/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
