What You'll Do- Support daily food production operations
- Help keep production areas clean, organized, and safe
- Package and inspect products for quality
- Load supplies and materials needed for production
- Move products and materials throughout the facility
- Operate hand jacks and basic production equipment when needed
- Set up workstations and prepare supplies for the next shift
- Monitor products on the production line to ensure quality standards are met
- Report equipment issues to supervisors
- Complete required production paperwork accurately
- Assist team members and help keep production running smoothly
- Follow company food safety and workplace safety procedures
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow directions and work safely
- Team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Attention to detail and quality
- Comfortable working around food products
- Willingness to work overtime or weekends when needed
- Manufacturing or production experience
- Food production or food service experience
- Warehouse or general labor experience
- Packaging or assembly experience
- Experience working in cold storage environments
- Experience operating pallet jacks or production equipment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Davenport, IA.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
