PB Leiner is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a shift responsible for safe, efficient manufacturing of gelatin and related byproducts. You will supervise 15–20 union operators, uphold safety, quality, and cost standards, and coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams.
The role follows a 4 on 4 off schedule (12 hours) with additional 8-hour days 5:00pm–1:00am, Monday–Friday. Qualified candidates have 5–8 years of related experience and proficiency in MS Office.
