Radiation Shielding Fabricator

PCT Ebeam and Integration, LLC seeks a Radiation Shielding Fabricator to build precision shielding components for advanced ebeam and vacuum systems used in industrial, scientific, and semiconductor applications. In this hands-on role, you'll interpret engineering drawings, cut and form metals, work with lead and other shielding materials, and perform accurate measurements and quality checks. You'll collaborate with engineers and technicians in a highly technical, innovation-driven culture focused on precision, reliability, and continuous improvement within a specialized, high-tech manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble radiation shielding components to specification using industrial fabrication tools and equipment
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to prepare materials and layouts
• Operate cutting, forming, machining, and welding equipment safely to produce precision shielding parts
• Measure, inspect, and verify dimensions, material thickness, and shielding integrity using gauges and instruments
• Handle and work with lead and other shielding materials following safety and environmental procedures
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to resolve fabrication issues and improve manufacturing processes
• Maintain accurate production, material, and quality records in accordance with company standards
• Perform routine maintenance, housekeeping, and safety checks on tools, equipment, and work areas
