Pay: Starting at $20.60
Schedule: Full-Time 3rd shift

About the Role

Centro, Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for moving raw materials, molds, accessories, and finished products throughout the facility to keep production running safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Material Handlers play a critical role in product quality, inventory accuracy, and on-time customer shipments

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move materials safely and accurately
  • Deliver raw materials, molds, and accessories to machines and work cells as needed
  • Maintain proper product identification, labeling, and FIFO material flow
  • Support shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading trucks
  • Verify incoming and outgoing quantities and report discrepancies
  • Maintain organization, housekeeping, and staging areas throughout the facility
  • Complete inventory counts as directed
  • Perform daily equipment and forklift inspections
  • Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
  • Assist other departments as needed to support production priorities
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to learn Centro’s manufacturing and quality processes
  • Basic computer skills or ability to learn internal systems
  • Forklift experience preferred (training available)
  • Valid driver’s license
