1st Shift (generally 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM; some flexibility may be available)
Must be willing to work overtime and/or weekends as business needs require
QualificationsMinimal experience required
Recent engineering graduates and entry-level engineers are encouraged to apply
Engineering degree preferred; however, relevant manufacturing or production experience will also be considered
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide hands‑on shop floor support for assembly operations to maintain production flow and minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot production, quality, tooling, and material issues to ensure efficient assembly line performance.
Support continuous improvement initiatives through process enhancements, work order creation, and basic fixture/tooling design.
Utilize SAP, Microsoft Office, and MP Planner (client specific) to support daily manufacturing operations.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement solutions that improve safety, quality, and productivity.
Preferred SkillsStrong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Working ConditionsPosition requires frequent standing and walking throughout the shift.
Metatarsal footwear is required.
All other necessary PPE will be provided.
