Pay: Starting up to $22.20/hour for Machine Operators
and$20.50/hour for Product Inspector Finishers
Hours: Full-Time | 2nd and 3rd Shift Opportunities Available

What You'll Do

Depending on the position and department assigned, responsibilities may include:

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production machinery
  • Produce, inspect, trim, assemble, and finish molded plastic products
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete production tasks
  • Follow work instructions, product specifications, and quality standards
  • Perform quality inspections and identify defects or non-conforming products
  • Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
  • Work safely while maintaining productivity and efficiency
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
  • Collaborate with teammates to meet production schedules and customer expectations

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Willingness to learn new skills and work in a manufacturing environment
  • Mechanical aptitude or interest in working with equipment and tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, and safety requirements
  • Flexibility to learn multiple workstations and manufacturing processes
  • Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required

What We're Looking For
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work safely and follow instructions
  • Basic mechanical aptitude is helpful, but not required
  • Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
