Hours: Full-Time | 3 rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday 11:00 PM-7:00 AM

What You'll Do as a Machine Operator
  • Operate rotational molding machines and related manufacturing equipment
  • Set up molds, perform mold changes, and safely load and unload molds throughout production
  • Monitor machine settings and production processes to ensure consistent product quality
  • Troubleshoot quality and process issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain production standards
  • Follow work instructions, Product Summary Reports (PSRs), and quality procedures to produce parts that meet customer specifications
  • Perform machine start-up, shutdown, and routine production activities
  • Inspect molded products for defects and work with team members to resolve quality concerns
  • Complete production records and documentation accurately
  • Assist in training and supporting team members while promoting a positive team environment
  • Lead by example in safety, quality, communication, and teamwork
What It Takes to Be Successful
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions, work standards, and production documentation
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and experience working with machinery, hand tools, or power tools
  • Ability to identify problems, troubleshoot issues, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Basic math skills and ability to take measurements
  • Comfortable using computers and manufacturing software systems
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members across all shifts
  • Dependable attendance and a safety-first mindset

What We’re Looking For:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Willingness to keep learning while working on your feet in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to details
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools
  • Dependable attendance and a positive attitude are a must
  • Previous manufacturing experience is required.
