Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with both manual and robotic welding systems.
• Prior experience with Fanuc robotic welding equipment is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities within automated and manual manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Adaptable and comfortable managing changing priorities and ambiguous situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and follow up on work orders, action items, and team communications.
• Detail-oriented with solid technical documentation and reporting capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including:
  Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Outlook

The ideal candidate will have expertise in welding automation, preferably with Fanuc robotics, and a proven ability to quickly diagnose and resolve manufacturing issues during off-shift operations. This individual should be comfortable taking ownership of production support activities, working with minimal supervision, and driving operational efficiency through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving.
