TITLE:

Marketing Intern

DEPARTMENT:
Marketing

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, support marketing campaign planning and execution; write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral; assist in creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels; participate in marketing brainstorming sessions; assist with planning and execution of internal and external bank events; and measure and report results of various marketing initiatives.

Work in conjunction with QCBT Marketing team and other QCBT staff including bank president and department managers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Self-starter with ability to work independently

* Comfortable with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment

* Strong attention to detail

* Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In)

* Strong desire to learn along with professional drive

* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) preferred but not required.

* Passion for marketing industry and best practices

* May be required to work after-hour events

WORKING CONDITIONS:

* Duties are performed in a professional office environment.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

The anticipated starting hourly wage for this position is $17.00 per hour. The actual wage will be based on qualifications and business needs and may vary, as permitted by applicable state law.
