** Position Overview*
* We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our Pulmonary team in an outpatient-only setting. This role focuses on providing high-quality, patient-centered care in partnership with our Pulmonary and Critical Care physicians, supporting continuity of care for patients with a wide range of respiratory conditions.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Provide comprehensive outpatient care for pulmonary patients, including evaluation, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic respiratory conditions

+ Collaborate closely with Pulmonary and Critical Care physicians to manage shared patient panels

+ Conduct follow-up visits, medication management, and care plan adjustments

+ Coordinate care across specialties, including referrals, testing, and procedures

+ Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment plans, and preventive care

+ Review diagnostic studies such as pulmonary function tests, imaging, and lab results

+ Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record

** Practice Details*
* + 100% outpatient pulmonary clinic

+ No inpatient responsibilities

+ Work alongside a collaborative team of Pulmonary and Critical Care physicians

+ Established patient base with strong referral network

+ Supportive clinical and administrative staff

** Qualifications*
* + Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

+ Board certified (or eligible)

+ Active or eligible for licensure in the state of Iowa

+ Experience in pulmonary, critical care, or internal medicine preferred, but not required

+ Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills

** Schedule & Work Environment*
* + Full-time, weekday schedule

+ No nights, weekends, or call responsibilities
