- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient condition, vital signs, and report changes to RNs/physicians
- Perform wound care, dressing changes, and basic nursing procedures
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation in EMR systems
- Provide IV therapy, injections, catheter care, and tube feeding support
- Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, CNAs, and healthcare teams to deliver quality care
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and healthcare needs
- Supervise CNAs and support staff during assigned shifts
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide basic life support when needed
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient transfers
- Support rehabilitation and long-term care plans for residents
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and follow facility/state regulations
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in fast-paced healthcare environments
