Clinic RN – Registered Nurse:
Pediatrics – Trinity Health – Davenport, IA

We are looking to hire a Registered Nurse in our Davenport Health Plex Peds Clinic. As a Registered Nurse at Mercy One, you will provide and direct safe, effective, and culturally competent patient care for clinic patients.

Shift: Day Shift

Key Accountabilities:

• Assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidence‑based practice.
• Adherence to Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA.
• Active participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement.

Schedule:

• Part time .2 FTE (8 hours a week)
• Day shift

General Requirements:

• Relationships with co‑workers, health system employees, outside agencies, patients, families, vendors, third‑party payors, and auditors.
• Accountability for scheduling, assigning, or coordinating work; checking quality of work and providing guidance, instruction, training, and direction to others.
• Acts as group leader or informal "assistant supervisory" or "lead" role; may provide information or suggestions on human resources matters.
• Limited responsibility for material resources such as supplies, equipment, inventories, small budgets, and related assets.

Education and Credentials:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse license in Iowa or Illinois required upon hire; second state license required within 12 months.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Less than one year experience required.
• Experience in pediatrics, obstetrics, or surgery relevant to a clinic setting preferred.

Pay Range: $27.75 – $43.00 per hour (actual compensation may vary by experience, qualifications, location, licensure, certification, and role comparison).
