The Registered Nurse (RN) will utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide individualized nursing care to residents. The RN collaborates with residents and families, and interdisciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care.

• Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and knowledge, utilizing age‑and population‑specific standards appropriate to the clinical setting.
• Provide preventative, health‑maintenance, diagnostic, and treatment care to residents.
• Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, provide resident education, and deliver various nursing interventions.
• Serve as charge nurse as required, delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel, and ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care.
• Operate within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act, the Administrative Rules for the State of practice and licensure, the Scope and Standards of Practice, and the Code of Ethics for Nurses.

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (e.g., CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA);
  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license from the State Board of Nursing where care is provided, or multi‑state licensure via the Nurse Licensure Compact.
• Obtain and maintain required department–specific competencies and certifications.

• Salary range: $33.00–$48.00 per hour with a $15,000 sign‑on bonus.
• 12‑hour day shifts (6am–6pm) with every other weekend.
