Part time

Day Shift

• 07-1530, 40 hours every 2 weeks
• Every other weekend
• Some holidays

• Provide and direct safe, effective, and culturally-competent care for high-risk pediatric through aging adult patients with actual or potential life-threatening health problems in the intensive care units. Complex assessments, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidence-based practice.
• Provide high-intensity therapies and interventions with continuous nursing surveillance.
• Adhere to the Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA.
• Active participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities.

• Education: Associate's Degree
• Field Of Study: Nursing
• Special Training: ACLS;
  Basic Life Support.
• Training Preferred: Baccalaureate in Nursing, 2 years experience Critical Care/ED/CSU/CU
• Licensure/Registration: Registered Nurse in Iowa;
  Registered Nurse in Illinois within 1 year.
• Experience: No experience required
