Job Details
- American Heart Association BLS certification required for all direct patient care personnel
- PALS certification required for RNs in Emergency Department;
Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) certificate also acceptable - ACLS certification required for RNs in ED, CCU, PACU, MICU, SICU
- Valid nursing license/certificate verification required, must be dated within 30 days of start
- TNCC certification is optional but preferred
- NIHSS certification required (though facility does not specialize in stroke care, it is listed)
- Fit Test required
- Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing must be completed within a year
- COVID-19 vaccine proof or declination required
- MMR vaccination proof or IgG titer required
- Hepatitis B vaccination series required (titers not accepted)
- 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) required
- Varicella vaccination proof or IgG titer required
- Physical/Health Statement within last year required
