- Serve as a resource and advocate for clients within the mental health community
- Active Iowa RN license and Nurse Practitioner certification (ANCC or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years relevant clinical experience in behavioral health
- Strong knowledge of mental health medications and treatments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple priorities effectively
