CNA FT Evening

Marshfield Clinic - 700 Waverly Road - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to residents under the supervision of a registered nurse.;
Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, and recording vital signs as needed.;
Assist residents with transferring, repositioning, and walking using proper techniques and equipment; provide range of motion and passive exercises.;
Assist with meals and dining to create a positive dining experience and provide fluids as appropriate.;
Document resident interactions and communicate changes in condition to the charge nurse; participate in wellness and recreational programs as needed.
