Responsibilities- Monitor patients' health and give medications.
- Help with daily activities.
- Offer emotional support to patients and their families.
- Record patient progress, update care plans, and ensure all healthcare rules and facility policies are followed.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and be licensed as an LPN in Iowa.
- Experience in a long‑term care facility is preferred.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre‑employment physical exam, TB screening, and drug testing, as required for healthcare personnel under applicable regulations.
