Founded in 1966, Ridgecrest is a nonprofit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) dedicated to exceptional, faith-based care in a serene, supportive setting. Set on 22 landscaped acres with mature trees, butterfly gardens, and peaceful outdoor seating, our campus encourages relaxation and connection with nature. We're seeking an experienced, compassionate professional to join our team.

• monitoring patients' health and giving medications

This role calls for strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and deep empathy. Ideal candidates will have backgrounds in geriatric care, rehabilitation, or managing chronic illnesses, and should feel comfortable in a busy, collaborative work setting.

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and be licensed as an RN in Iowa.
• Nursing experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment physical exam, TB screening, and drug testing, as required for healthcare personnel under applicable regulations.
