Clinical Supervisor – RN

• Lead, teach, and mentor staff to ensure ongoing support
• Perform internal case management
• Complete patient intake and discharge to home
• Manage the start of care process
• Conduct nurse competency validation
• Conduct in-home visits with field staff
• Develop, mentor, and provide professional guidance to field staff in patient homes
• Evaluate, educate, and develop nursing talent
• Participate in patient transitions from facilities to homes through Start of Care Assessments and Re-evaluations
• Review physicians' orders and update plans of care and documentation as necessary
• Assist with selecting, training, and validating new clinical staff
• Promote and enhance clinical expertise of staff to provide safe and quality nursing care
• Collaborate with the operations and business development team
• Ensure adherence to State, Federal, and Local regulations and Aveanna policies and procedures

• Must have good standing license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Must have at least 1 year of hands-on nursing experience
• Must be able to travel to patients' homes in designated territory
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and pass MVR check
• Current CPR certification from AHA or ARC
• Must be willing to supervise caregivers providing care to infants, children, adolescents and/or adults

Demonstrates strong leadership and mentoring abilities in nursing, with a focus on staff development, patient care management, and adherence to regulatory standards. Proficient in conducting assessments, managing care transitions, and ensuring quality nursing practices.
