Job OverviewMobile Experts (ME) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and build meaningful connections with customers. They uncover customer needs, educate, demonstrate and recommend device and service solutions, and meet performance targets related to sales, customer experience, and quality of sale metrics.
Job Responsibilities- Serving and selling to customers, providing a best-in-class customer experience and building loyalty
- Consistently leveraging digital tools in interactions and onboarding
- Completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources
- Maximizing time on shift by learning about innovations in wireless and technology
- Partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail experience preferred

Hourly Base Pay: $19.00
Annualized Incentive Target: $9,360
Successful candidate's actual incentive earnings vary based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. All employees are eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
