A team of sales reps, chefs, consultants, and other experts builds close relationships with customers - providing advice on improving operations, menu development, product selection, and operational strategies. - Lead, sell, and promote company products while servicing customers in a fast-paced retail/wholesale environment and working with team members in a collaborative setting.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional one-on-one attention to customers.
- Handle daily cash applications including tender of customer orders, collect cash, checks, and credit card payments and be responsible for end-of-day drawer balance.
- Open/close Retail Store and train other associates.
- Stock shelves, rotate product, conduct inventory counts, and perform daily cleaning tasks.
- Act as a leader and team member within the department and organization, performing duties as assigned to best serve the company.
- Receive incoming stock items at the loading dock and transport to staging areas as required.
- Inspect items for damage, perform quality and temperature checks, verify lot numbers, and take appropriate action as needed.
- Rotate date-sensitive stock to the front (FIFO) and remove outdated inventory according to company policy.
- Dispense overstocked items to available areas for temporary storage.
- Select customer orders for will call, assist customers in-store with selections, and check out customers as required.
- Perform general housekeeping duties, sweep/scrub floors, set up promotional and seasonal displays, clean displays, remove trash, maintain outside areas, and clean restrooms.

- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
- Required Experience:
1-3 Years Customer Service/Retail environment or related area - Preferred qualifications:
Associates/2-year technical - Preferred Experience:
3-5 Years Customer Service within the food service industry. Supervisory Experience.
