Sam's Club - - Responsibilities:
Assist Members by explaining membership types, benefits, and credit card programs to drive renewals and purchases.;
Provide customer/member service by identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.;
Maintain cleanliness and organization of car wash/gas station areas, manage signage, and ensure safe work environment.;
Operate cash registers and process customer purchases with appropriate payment methods.;
Operate and maintain car wash and gas station equipment, following policies and recording relevant documentation.
