Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present;
Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and regular follow up when Store Manager is not present;
Schedule and staff the store, including calling in associates during unexpected peaks when the Store Manager is not present;
Lead customer experience by executing selling strategy to achieve KPIs and handle escalations;
Maintain and supervise store operations including cash handling, inventory protection, merchandising, and adherence to policies
