Position Summary

Our members choose Sam’s Club for quality & fresh produce at low cost. As part of the produce team, you’ll help ensure members’ availability, cleanliness, and freshness of produce, work front‑lines of customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

• Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
• Providing exceptional customer service across the club, answering member questions
• Maintaining a clean, neat, and member‑ready area
• Receiving & stocking merchandise in an organized manner
• Maintaining inventory so that there is no out of stock and over‑stock products

Live Better U is a company‑paid education benefit program for full‑time and part‑time associates in Walmart and Sam’s Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor’s degrees, including English Language Learning and short‑form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are paid by Walmart.

Hourly wage range: $18.00 to $26.00 per hour (actual hourly rate equals or exceeds minimum wage). Additional compensation may include premiums up to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
