Outside Sales Representative

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will manage a portfolio of customers, identify new opportunities, and guide clients through the full sales cycle. This is a great fit for someone who loves autonomy, enjoys face‑to‑face customer engagement, and excels at uncovering and solving customer needs.

Only applicants currently living in the Quad City area will be considered, as this role requires regular in‑person customer visits throughout the Eastern Iowa region.

• Build and grow customer relationships through regular onsite visits and proactive communication
• Identify customer needs and recommend effective product solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle including proposals, pricing discussions, and closing
• Maintain organized, accurate account information in CRM systems
• Develop pipeline through lead generation, referrals, networking, and events
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies
• Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing post‑sale support

• Experience in outside sales or territory management
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Self‑motivated, organized, and goal‑oriented
• Ability to work independently in a field‑based role with frequent travel
• General computer skills; CRM familiarity is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Must reside in the Quad City area
