We are looking for Outside Sales Representatives to join our successful, highly-motivated team at Feldco, the #1 Window, Siding and Door Company in the USA (recognized by Window and Door Magazine). We have 40 years of experience in delighting customers by making home improvement projects simple.

• Respond to all sales appointments and conduct in-home product demonstrations of windows, siding, and doors.
• Maximize the conversion of leads to sales.
• Ownership of the customer through coordination with Feldco’s Call Center, Finance, and Fulfillment departments.
• Utilize sales and problem-solving skills to better serve external and internal customers.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and company sales metrics standards.
• Ensure an exceptional and delightful experience for all Feldco customers.

• Base salary and lucrative commission structure.
• Average total compensation over $80,000 per year.
• 25% of Outside Sales Representatives earning $100,000-$200,000 per year.
