Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route to deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. The position is physical, fast‑paced, and involves both indoor and outdoor work.
Key Responsibilities Include:- You are the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
- Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
- Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
- Negotiate service agreement renewals, control inventory, and work professionally and safely.
- Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Required
- Have an active driver’s license.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Obtain a DOT medical certification.
- Provide documentation regarding prior employment.
