Flor Star Sales, Inc. the Midwest7s largest distributor of floor covering products, is seeking a motivated sales representative to join our outside sales team.
The ideal candidate should be an assertive success driven individual that would market floor covering products in our Eastern Iowa Territory.
- Visit and service existing retail accounts
- Generate new business
- Maintain strong relationships with clients
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Achieve sales targets and goals
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel
Candidate is required to have a valid driver9s license and must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
We offer a competitive compensation as this is a commission based role and benefits package that includes 401K and Company match.
