As a Sales Specialist
, you’ll help customers find the right vehicle in our no-haggle sales environment
. You’ll build relationships, listen to customer needs, recommend the right vehicle, and help structure payments that fit their lifestyle and budget.
You’ll also play an important role in creating long-term customer loyalty by following up after the sale and connecting customers with our Service Department for their ongoing vehicle needs.

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior sales experience, retail preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable and clean driving record
