Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer - Vehicle Patrol Driver in Davenport, IA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support employees and visitors with strong customer service and clear communication.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken per post orders.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or hazards.
- Control access by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying identification and/or authorization, and assisting with visitor management processes.
- Complete routine security-related reports and logs, communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership, and support investigations as requested.
Minimum Requirements:
- Client requires proof of high school diploma and/or GED.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
