Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific procedures and appropriate emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of business areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and document observations, incidents, and patrol activity in required reports.;
Support a professional, orderly workplace environment by communicating clearly with site personnel and following Allied Universal and client-specific security-related procedures.
