Exhibit Labor Event Staff

We are seeking reliable, energetic Event Staff to assist with the setup and teardown of displays, exhibits, and show features for a large consumer event in the Quad Cities, IL area
. This is hands‑on, physical work in a fast‑paced environment with firm deadlines. Candidates must be able to follow directions carefully—similar to assembling large-scale pieces.

• Assist with load-in and load-out of exhibits and show elements
• Assemble and disassemble booths, displays, signage, flooring, and equipment
• Safely move materials, crates, and equipment
• Follow layout plans and instructions from lead installers
• Use basic hand tools as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Ability to lift 30 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and punctuality required
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently under time constraints
• Event, construction, warehouse, or trade show experience is a plus

• Wednesday, 3/4: 8:00 AM start — 4 to 8 hour shifts available
• Thursday, 3/5: 8:00 AM start — 4 to 8 hour shifts available
• Sunday, 3/8: 5:00 PM start — 4 hour shift
• Monday, 3/9: 8:00 AM start — 4 to 6 hour shifts available

Pay: $25/hour

Preference for candidates who are available to work multiple days of the event.
