Overview

Mad City Windows & Baths, a company backed by Renuity, is a reputable, well‑established remodeling company hiring immediate remodeling helpers to support work across the Midwest and East Coast. The company offers competitive hourly pay starting at $20/hour and growth opportunities based on experience.

• Show up to work each day and complete quality work.
• Answer homeowner questions about install and connect with office for final payment.
• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and property with utmost respect.

• 6+ months of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
• Some window installation experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain high quality of work standards.
• At least 21 years of age or older.
